Water treatment is necessary for:

APPLICATIONS: The BIOTRONIC® process has been designed for various applications:
• Looped hot water networks
• Air cooling circuits
• Closed (heating and cooling) circuit make-ups
• Utilities.

The crystals are very active in their efforts to grow and thus attract the dissolved calcium to enable this growth.

It should be underlined that this process is a natural phenomenon. The water has not changed chemically but physically. This state of excitation of the particles prevents the forming of scale in piping and in exchangers and can gradually eliminate deposits of scale already precipitated on the hot water installation.

To complement the anti-scale effect of the BIOTRONIC® process, an anti-corrosion treatment unit can be installed. This treatment is carried out by injection of a BIOFLUIDES-FILM type silico-polyphosphate solution

TREATMENT PRINCIPLE :

Hard water causes substantial maintenance problems in residential property and in industry and increases operating costs. The BIOTRONIC® anti-scale process can replace softeners.

The colour, taste and smell of the water remain completely unaltered.

The principles of the anti-scale system’s functioning are based on a natural phenomenon. Water passes through a cell in which it undergoes micro-electrolysis which converts the scale in the water into microscopic calcite crystals. This phenomenon is called “nucleogenesis” (anti-scale effect).
